 An overview

Commercial law contain a totality of laws, rules and regulations according to the Algerian legislator in everything related to commercial transactions, whether by a natural person or a legal person (the commercial company). The content of this module aims to shed light on a group of main elements, important matters that benefit the student in integrating with the commercial activities world in a legal manner, the content of this module includes the following: The concept and sources of commercial law, the distinction between civil and commercial activities as well as their classification, the concept of  merchant and  commercial company, and everything related to establishment and termination of commercial companies, some companies types and commercial contracts, as well as paying attention to various bankruptcy crimes and their judicial settlement.

يتضمن القانون التجاري جملة القوانين والقواعد والأنظمة المنصوص عليها وفقا للمشرع الجزائري في كل ما يتعلق بالمعاملات التجارية سواء من قبل شخص طبيعي (التاجر) أو شخص معنوي (الشركة )، ويهدف محتوى هذه الوحدة التعليمية إلى تسليط الضوء على مجموعة من العناصر الأساسية المهمة التي تساعد الطالب مستقبلا على الاندماج مع الأنشطة التجارية بشكل قانوني، كما يتضمن محتوى هذه الوحدة ما يلي: مفهوم القانون التجاري ومصادره ، التمييز بين الأنشطة المدنية والتجارية وتصنيفها ، مفهوم التاجر والشركة التجارية وكل ما يتعلق بتأسيس الشركات التجارية وانقضائها وكذا بعض أنواع الشركات التجارية ، أحكام العقود التجارية وكذا تسليط الضوء على جرائم الإفلاس المختلفة و التسوية القضائية الخاصة بها
