Options d'inscription
Présentation du cours :
The program of this course deals with the spectroscopic analysis methods most used to characterize organic synthetic products or natural products. It includes:
Part
A: Spectroscopic methods of
molecular structural analysis
- Ch.1 : Molecular absorption spectroscopy in the ultraviolet/visible (UV/Vis) range.
- Ch.2 : Infrared (IR) absorption spectroscopy..
- Ch.3 : Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR).
- Ch.4 : Mass spectroscopy (MS).
- Ch.5 : Spectrométrie d’Absorption Atomique (SAA)
Part B: Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (AAS)
Objectifs:
Of capital importance for a chemist, the teaching of this subject allows the student:
- to know and understand the principles of spectroscopic methods of analysis,
- to ensure the proper functioning of the devices used,
- to elucidate molecular structures and elements in various samples.
