This course aims  to broaden the concept of culture  in language teaching beyond the focus traditionally found in ESL/EFL contexts. Therefore, the students will be introduced to different teaching approaches of culture, in which culture is taught as a process or as a fact and the effectiveness of each approach. 

Objectives: 

The objective of this course is : 

-to raise students' awareness towards the role of culture in language teaching/learning 

-to teach students the effective techniques and methods to integrate culture in EFL classes.
